Working Power develops, finances, and owns local distributed energy assets that build wealth and power for people and communities in frontline communities across the US. Established with community partners and impact investors, Working Power was launched in 2022 by Urban Ingenuity, a mission-based developer and financier.  Building on over 10 years of deep transactional experience in building green, justice-centered, and resilient energy projects at the community level, Working Power is purpose-built for mission-based, non-profit, and community-led organizations to meet local needs and achieve community partner goals and priorities.
