Ms. Donovan is founder and President of C.T. Donovan Associates, Inc. a renewable energy consulting firm with clients nationwide. Formed in 1985, clients include the:

Ms. Donovan is recognized for her technical expertise in solar and biomass energy technologies, her public policy and regulatory "savvy," and her outreach and communication skills. She has written and co-authored more than 100 technical and economic assessments of renewable energy technologies in the Northeast for a diverse range of public and private-sector clients. Ms. Donovan was the first woman selected nationally as a distinguished Fellow of the American Solar Energy Society. She speaks and writes frequently on pressing energy, environmental, and economic development issues in our region.
